Ingredients:
2 to 2 1/2 pounds pulled or chopped smoked pork (Fine chop is best)
1 tbsp. oil
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
One (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
One (8 oz.) can chopped pineapple, drained
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add peppers, onion and garlic and sauté until the vegetables are translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add pork.
Once the meat has been added, add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
Taste mixture for seasoning and add more salt or pepper if desired.

Best if served on Kings Hawaiian Rolls or Sister Schubert's Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
