Ingredients:
1/2 cup kosher salt
1 Tbl plus 1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
5 Tbl plus 1 tsp smoked paprika
2 Tbl chipotle chili pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
4 Tbl white sugar
1 Tbl plus 1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dry mustard
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
Place in air tight containers and store in a cool, dry place.

Use on chicken, shrimp, vegetables and so forth!
